Selling Real Estate has been my profession and passion for 25 years, with 10 of those here in South Lombok.
Having worked full time in Lombok’s property market for a decade and having visited the island regularly since 2005 I bring a unique historical perspective to the marketplace.
My background is in the negotiation of commercial property transactions in Australia with roles at various global Real Estate companies (LinkedIn), and this grounding in the industry allows me to help people make informed and confident purchasing decisions. With new players entering the market in Lombok regularly (with varying level of experience) I am able to cut through the noise to help buyers find focus.
Having moved to Lombok for its relaxed lifestyle and primarily for surfing I have seen pockets of the island develop and more foreigners choose to make the island their home. I have gone through all the stages a new arrival or investor will experience. I have set up companies here, I have built a home for myself (Villa Alba), I have operated rental properties, I have sold my own properties (Villa Karrinya) and built again (Maya Estate).
I have been here for years of large tourism growth, I have also been here for earthquakes, ash clouds and pandemics and seen the effect they have on people, business, the property market and foreign tourism. All of which are inter-linked.
I am not here to spruik huge investment returns, endless capital growth and talk about ROI ad nauseam. I am here to give you my perspective on how I see things evolving based on years of experience living here with solid background in the property industry.
